Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now

Salary work-life balance all are a given in this company. If you work here with a great manager you don't need to switch at least for nest 5 year. no day will be mundane.

Dislikes

IJP is now a tool just to retain employees who are leaving, i would want less on the current manager's involvement in movement, as they try to hinder it by influence to ensure only they have a good employee. IJP is intended for learning new skills but unfortunately that is failing.

1. No work life balance 2. Long working hours and hectic schedule 3.learnings depends on the workload . 4. Few projects are into old technology 5. Promotions / growth everything depends on manager 5. Strict 3 days office with attendance

Salary & Other benefits are very good. Worklife balance is also good as they have introduced hybrid culture.

Dislikes

Technology is too cluttered with a lot of web systems, not so user friendly needs to depend on multiply systems for retrieval of data.

The building, internal employee facilities is good and if you complete a year, you can earn a bonus apart from this nothing is great.

...ive you mental stress so that you leave the company by very next year. They try to do all cost cutting by not giving you even the bonus. Don’t join companies like this. Where they create toxic environment. Do not get into a work culture where there is Keralites dominance. No matter how much you work hard they will save only their group of people and put you in trouble.
