The pay is decent compared to some other orgs.

Dislikes

This is a very big org, so depends on which dept you are working in. Commercial banking is not good. The leadership is very bad apart from few exceptions. Also some of the depts the male managers prefer only males in positions and are biased that way. In interview success is also dependent on your marital status and if you are planning to have kids etc which is so illegal. This is the culture behind the facade they carry of being an inclusive workplace. You also cannot be yourself and is the last place to be called psychologically safe. Also there is no work life balance. The leaders are not in the forefront. Just delegate everything and judge harshly if someone is not scaling up. Least supportive that way and feedback is basically criticism or you are told to look out

...balanced, at times one may need to stretch, but organization never encourage it. Salary at par, and great perks given too.

Dislikes

No wfh option available with the recent changes announced by the top management. However flexibility will be given based on personal requirements, fingers crossed.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Its a good mix of work culture and ethnicity. I do like the new age set of workplace and people to work with. Happy to be here

Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now

Flexibility at work, Latest tech, You can learn development if you are at automation work, Managers are good, but ? Job security if you work good.

Salary is less, Promotion could be delayed, Work without salary hike and Promotions.
