Nothing that I can think of. I would suggest to relook at the Salary structure for India Employees, where variable pay ranges from 10% to 30%. There may be an opportunity to reduce this %.

1. Not Manufacturing oriented organization ,it is basically service based company 2.Soft skill development zero 3.Quality of the work taking from the US counter parts is poor

...d management doesn't address it. There are no good plans for employee retention. Appraisals are not fair enough, no good salary hikes & incentives are not too good. There no work life balance.

Sales support network is the worst business group in Jci. Poor management poor culture poor salary growth.No site opportunities for graphics people. Only 6-8% yearly hike. No surprise gifts or bonus. Huge work pressure no time for family. Managers are so unprofessional they only know about monthly target & billing. Your performance even not get noticed. Management try cheap things to recover amounts from employees. Worst company

Worst work life balance..specially in graphics - HVAC Controls Center of Excellence ,Pune. Work load is too much and you won't get that much hike and worst part is managers are aware of such situations and do nothing. I used to be in office till 10 pm in Cerebrum Pune kalyani nagar. It actually started affecting my mental health too.
