Work life balance, well versed manager, inputs from stakeholders, details knowledge transfer mediums, exposure to long term vision of business, salary structure, leaves, Personal devlopment etc etc.

Dislikes

Promotions - no clarity on whats the structure to move above in the hierarchy. Fear of layoff - there is a constant fear of getting laid off mostly due to market conditions, field of business, macro economics & US market driven revenue prospects.

poor leadership. No strategy , no plan. Hire and fire system. Work culture is worst , indian labours and treated very bad. Boossy culture. Dont join at all
