Dislikes

Too much process changes. Old redundant process are not eliminated when new changes are rolled out. The IT apps and portals are just too many for sales and service people. There is not a single unified portal where all employees can work upon. Growth chances are very limited if you are not posted in head quarter pune or metro cities.
