Job security is good till you are in lower levels for high level position risk is high regarding job security as they fired many mamagers.

Work life balance is there. Because less work is there.

Dislikes

Company is very unstable, they hire freshers, always delay and extend internships or probation periods (very regular). For a software engineer, it's not a good org to start with.
