Too much politics. No training even for work process flow. Strict time, no out time. 10 minutes late get absent mark. Continuously meeting calls episodically TL calling and asking for completion within no time. Only show ups. Real manager don't know whats going on downside. Reporting sub-manager not take responsibility for team and play dirty politics with unlike employees. Specially Pune and Mumbai team very bad and rude. No professionalism....Read More

No work life balance, Senior Management is a Lobby, Over positive thinking, cannot tolerate a genuine "No", late working hours even on weekends, no creativity, not thinking productive, Over customer oriented business model, Less engineering company more of a customer support company, they like every employee to follow blindly what their leaders/senior management expects them to do, lot of pressure and wasting lot of time in useless tasks. Even taking a leave is like banging your head on the wall feels like better not to take leave, its a complete school system do this do that don't do this don't do that etc....Read More
