•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)

Dislikes

1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. They are not allowed to take leaves during their mensuration period. Women should think many times before joining this company

Overall experience is good at company however it different from department to department. Diversity is a best here.

Dislikes

Bonus, perks , transport for employees needs improvement. Hr systems are still legacy one and full manual process.
