Worst organisation with incapable and unskilled management. Every one is involved in personal money making and politics. Skilled employees kicked out in unprofessional manner. Owner has don't have control on all of these issue. All HR management is uncomfortable to handle and tackle the issue. This is the place where un-authenticatal case then place frequently. Management is supporting only buttering employees and eyewash employees. Management is least worther about company progress they talk in very casual manner like "Payment aa rha hai naa"

As per segment (Fun flips) policies are not good culture is average. management didn't entertain any of your opinion. Senior's are no enough supportive. They only ask you day/night for numbers but didn't give any solution for challanges.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
