Worked as a d2as customer service associate in international voice process.There’s no job security guarantee, appraisals and promotions are terrible, Most of the jobs they offer are on contract basis of six months to one year which are useless do not expect any career growth here and also no proper mentorship and guidance when you work on contract and once the contract is over they’ll ask you to leave, even though My performance was great and I had maintained pretty decent metrics but still my contract was not extended and many employees there who were not even good at their work and were freshers had received permanent job offers and also a lot of appreciation. There is literally 0% chances that your contract would be extended, during interviews they’ll say that “if your performance and metrics are great then there’s a chance of your contract getting extended or getting converted to permanent, but in reality you won’t, There’s also a lot of bias behavior by managers and HRs and also favoritism towards certain employees, They say they treat everyone equally but they honestly don’t, some of the managers have an egoistic attitude if we try to tell them our concern it hurts their ego, They also make us beg a lot for leaves, overall my experience working at Amazon was average not so great, some of the managers are terrible though by their behavior.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contractual bond of 6 month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees. And job security is just average as they can discontinue your employment as per their business requirements.

Everything is good, but I didn't not expected and was not aware that Amazon hire people on contract also. I mean Amazon is earth's most customer centric organization but should hire on permanent onroll basis rather that fixed term contract. For people who applies again to work in Amazon should be preferred rather than starting a new hiring of batch. But overall Amazon is a good place to work and when we join in other organisation and show the experience of Amazon, then that work experience of Amazon is way high and most preferable for other organisation to hire. Thanks again, hope and willing to work in Amazon again.

Bad luck they hired for 6 months on contract basis. But if they hired permanently then no one will leave this organisation at all. I wish to back with this organisation and Start working again..
