Worst organisation with incapable and unskilled management. Every one is involved in personal money making and politics. Skilled employees kicked out in unprofessional manner. Owner has don't have control on all of these issue. All HR management is uncomfortable to handle and tackle the issue. This is the place where un-authenticatal case then place frequently. As per segment (Fun flips) policies are not good culture is average. management didn't entertain any of your opinion. Senior's are no enough supportive. They only ask you day/night for numbers but didn't give any solution for challanges.
