...e. But if you handle this pressure no one can stop you being promoted in IJP. In terms of salary which is less compared to other companies in the market. But as a fresher that is good. They are providing Work from home model which is also good in this COVID situation.

Everything was so good in Jio. Its was my first job, i learned so many things over there from my seniors and my colleagues. It really helps to improve my conversation skills my patient level and time management skills Conversation is because i needed to intract with so many costumers daily due to jio i know to how convience them how to handle them and help them properly as per my position of advisor. Patient because there are so many costumers are angry, irritated and helpless sometimes and if i handl over the 100 costumers daily this really helps me to improve my patient level. Time management is because there was a split shift sometimes, i can give you an example of this Sometimes my shift ends on 2am and my 2nd day in the morning my shift starts at 7am So now i can handle these type of work situations also.

I mainly disappointed beacuse of salary and career growth for me It was my first job as in any company So i expected so many things because Jio is reputated company...

Salary and benefits are good. On time.

Most of the things. As it is an customer support , network data are always heads and tails for the costumer. We raise complaints, further action not taken from higher end.

1..worst work culture in kolkata.. 2...lala type mentality in office workers.. 3...work life culture is worst . 4...if you want to succeed in jio you have to submit your life only to the company...

...ore a month. Unplanned won't give if sick also, will make us work by convincing. No increment in salary, stressful, might conduct meets on break time also, meal break time is pathetic, at 3 pm one day, at 11 am one day, will have to work on Sundays sometimes. Daily shouts in meetings even if performed well also will find minor things and shout, shout for whole members even if a person did small negligible mistake, no engagement activities, can't go away from laptop single minute also, everytime IT issues, for that also shout for us,no help from IT team
