It was the first job of my life .. and made it worst experience😢

... year and 9 months here but was not promoted.even after being a good performer.. Salary increased by 300 Rs only . Work pressure was terrible..this was the biggest reason why I left WIPRO..they don't give breaks to eat lunch .. favoritism was the devil there Some who don't work .. were not asked to give full productive hours and those who worked sincerely were pushed to work harder .. THE WORST PART I was terribly sick in my notice period if 60 days .. in which I took leaves of 10 to 12 days .. I submitted the required paperwork twice to the concerned people. Also received mail yah they were releaving me on normal grounds but later asked me to give 18000 RS to give my releaving letter.. which I paid because that was the proof of my 21 months .. It was my first job and they made it my worst experience ..in working life .. my colleagues are still crying to get their releaving letter ..they are forced to do overtime even if they don't want to ... Won't recommend any one to join WIPRO noida at all 😢😢

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

You will not get fired easily so job security is surely there. Obviously they are not paying you enough so the work load is not that much as well.

...t other teams but I experienced I had and my friends are having, it's not right. People are missing their pay and no one is taking accountability for that.

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
