...ob where I had to personally go to the plant.No employee benifit plan.No growth.Salary is very low as compared to industry standards.

Township facilities provided by the company are well maintained. Overall area for employees to spent time are also there.

Perks and benefits is not available as there's too much unnecessary salary deduction is there.

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go

Safety poor , salary disparity huge , favouritism at peak , no transperent apparisal , variable pay is abuse and fake, ctc false , very poor reporting structure any one can report anyone and anyone can adk report to ayone

Plant environment infrastructure are very good.work satisfaction is truly satisfying.company culture is great.

The hiring team is very tricky and they hired you with false information about salary.the only reason i left jindal steel in one month
