Low bandwidth Working 12 hours a day 6 days Working No job security Low salary Huge amount of work for a single person Too much politics Ops Manager attitude- leave if you want to, we'll hire new people. Everyday you'll wake up and you'll worry that you will have to work again. The process is too manual. It's like Working for a 1990's company. Maybe this is because, the co-founders are boomer gen.

1. The ops manager is full of attitude and if you go ahead with the concern they will clearly say that you do nothing and will fire you. 2. The have offsite meeting and everyone will be invited expect the operation team . 3. The company is full of politics 4. they do not provide job security and will remove you. 5. Hr of the company will have a personal meeting with you and will blame you for the process 6. There is nothing in the company expect the one sentence"We will make the future" 7. Clearly not advice you to go ahead with the company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
