An absolute turn around in my life both on professional and personal front. Extremely happy to be a part of the Jetlearn Family. The Entire Management and the staff is a support system for people like me who have a Zeal to Excel in life while looking after their family as well. Work From Home couldn't have been better than this. Employee Centric approach which in turn leads to Customer Satisfaction by making your people happy and worthy in the organization. Jetlearn had inculcated a sense of Responsibility towards my learners and I am enjoying every bit of it. Blessed to be a part of this extended family. Nothing to like here. Only people who are only stuck here are the one's who are not getting any other options. Everyone is eager to leave this organization, even the managers (trust me!)

Loads of work on a single person. They have limited staff and the process is pathetically manual. It's like working at an old gen organization. You'll feel burnt out everyday while working at Jetlearn. The upper management doesn't care about what's going on in the core level. Upper management never interact with the Operations employees. During the interview the co-founders will show you a picture full of roses but after that the upper management is a ghost. Working for 10 to 12 hours a day and one day week off. The week off isn't really a week off. Your social life will be in the garbage once you join this organization. Don't believe all these 5 star reviews, it's from internal employees. The team leads here have yes boss attitude. They don't have any guts to take stand in front of the management and keep the team perspectives in front of managers.
