Nothing to like here, one of the worst of the worst start up to work for. You just can learn things on your own. The so called CTO wont even guide the freshers in learning things. you need to learn things on your own.

Dislikes

...a day in case of emergency. The leave policies here are the worst you could see. If you take leave on any friday or monday then you ll have loss of pay. Even the medical leaves are not considered and you ll have heavy loss of pay. The CEO gives false promises like increment for each 6 months but you ll never get it. Even after an year they won't give increment unless employers ask them. No (Insurance, Team Outings, Training, Gym, Cafeteria, Work from home)

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
