Nothing to like here, one of the worst of the worst start up to work for. You just can learn things on your own. The so called CTO wont even guide the freshers in learning things. you need to learn things on your own.

Dislikes

There is no thing called training for freshers. They will be treated very very bad here. The CTO named Kailash always shouts at people. Such an arrogant guy he is. And the CEO Jeyanthan, the worst CEO you can ever see. He always gives false promises to the employers and also the clients. The employers here get nothing no transport facilities even for female staffs who come from very long distance. They don't even provide evening snacks or beverages for their employers. You don't even have rights to alter your working hours even for a day in case of emergency. The leave policies here are the worst you could see. If you take leave on any friday or monday then you ll have loss of pay. Even the medical leaves are not considered and you ll have heavy loss of pay. The CEO gives false promises like increment for each 6 months but you ll never get it. Even after an year they won't give increment unless employers ask them. Work Details

Such an hectic work here, even if you do something big you ll never get rewarded here but you ll hear these words "you did nothing big this is very small task" from the respectable CTO. They never appreciate their employers but always rate them low.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
