...ds upon owner's mood 4) Jaya International does not provide PF or EPF facility 5) Jaya International does not provide Salary Slip or form 16 6) Jaya International is properitorship firm, there is 3-4 staff member excluding owner & his son. In staff there is one manager, one senoir employee & one junior employee 7) Owner, Manager & senior staff is not cooperative 8) There is no professionalism, Not a Single staff is graduated including Owner 9) Overtime is not provided 10) Salary date is not fix, after 10th of every month. Depends upon owner's mood. 11) Not Every sunday is off, 4 public holidays Holi, Independence day, Ganesh Chaturti, Diwali. No holiday on 26th Jan.
