1) If in case Employee stays in same city soon employee is handed with office keys to open office shutter that too before 15-20 mins of office timing for cleaning purpose. 2) If in case maid is absent or late employee needs to do cleaning work himself before 9.30am. 3) There is no strict office closing time, depends upon owner's mood 4) Jaya International does not provide PF or EPF facility <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 5) Jaya International does not provide Salary Slip or form 16</mark> 6) Jaya International is properitorship firm, there is 3-4 staff member excluding owner & his son. In staff there is one manager, one senoir employee & one junior employee 7) Owner, Manager & senior staff is not cooperative 8) There is no professionalism, Not a Single staff is graduated including Owner 9) Overtime is not provided 10) Salary date is not fix, after 10th of every month.
