... employees rule, the entire office is full and no social distancing is followed. Never even pay salary on time, just exploiting their employees.

Terrible and Rude management, absolutely no concerns for the employees, only looking out for themselves. Worst work environment, employees behave like robots and have absolutely no say in front of the management even after having good experience. No Job security, no growth, no innovation, just behind getting admissions and extract money from the people. Work-life balance is 0, no leaves given, no off even on weekends.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not on time a lot a delay I salary there is no growth. They deminise new jonies. There is no job security any time they can remove u. The superior have a superiority complex among them. The worst experience. Plzz dont join this company

Company claims to pay your entire salary but they never do that inspite of achieving desired targets, offer letter which you received and salary which you have received both are completely different. There is a difference in 20000 rs not even 1or2K 3. Any person is suffering from covid 19 they are forcefully asked to come and work from office. That person will be kept in a seperate place and forced her to do calling. They don't care whether that person is suffering from throat infection, not able to speak, unwell, or going to spread disease 4. The do not disinfect the entire working place if they found any positive patient.

...rst as well. During COVID-19 they have not supported their employees in any way. Rather they have not given salary for the entire month of March in which all of the employees were working and generated revenue for them. Jaro has a horrible financial structure. The CEO is shortsighted and doesn't care about employees. Only cares about money. He addresses the employees over zoom one day and pretends to cry over the call sitting in his luxurious house where in his employees are stuck in unknown cities without a penny in their pocket. Now let me come to the HR department. And here I want to take the name of our HR head Sushant Mallya. He is the worst possible HR personal in the whole world. If animals had an HR department in the jungle and was headed by a rat, still that rat would have been a better leader than this person. He is a classic example of useless. In short it's safe to say that be unemployed rather than working with Jaro.
