Salary is credited on 10th of every month Favouritism and internal politics is unfair to hardworking employees. The AVP of Bangalore does not have any manner all he does is yell at the employees. You perform or not no one is satisfied. The pressure is extreme for the salary they pay and it is more like jail than work no sick leaves will be approved even it is emergency serious health problem or accidents they force to come to office with the threat of holding salary. And finally the women employees are treated very ill as the AVP has no basic manners to address his employees. Do not join the company if you have self respect and are honest straight forward person. M-S is working 10am-7pm and sunday holiday but they force you to work 10-10 and make you come on sundays too. I have worked continuously for 22days without break too multiple times.They want someone who will listen to all the verbal abuse and still keep quite.

Zero safety, mandatory work from office even during lockdown. Salary would be cut during lockdowns. No safety measure , 30 people sitting in a small room. Washrooms aren't clean at all.

Rather they have not given salary for the entire month of March in which all of the employees were working and generated revenue for them. Jaro has a horrible financial structure. The CEO is shortsighted and doesn't care about employees. Only cares about money. He addresses the employees over zoom one day and pretends to cry over the call sitting in his luxurious house where in his employees are stuck in unknown cities without a penny in their pocket. Now let me come to the HR department. And here I want to take the name of our HR head Sushant Mallya. He is the worst possible HR personal in the whole world. If animals had an HR department in the jungle and was headed by a rat, still that rat would have been a better leader than this person. He is a classic example of useless. In short it's safe to say that be unemployed rather than working with Jaro.

I got an exposure when it comes onfield sales how to talk with people all around from different sectors different working professionals.It gave me an uplift in my career and i learnt so many things personally as well as professionally

...sting leave policy they don't even care abt employees they treat like animals ..only best part is salary and incentives structure..
