Company's policies are not followed by each and every employee which makes the other employee feel to be injustice on their part. People who are eligible to take WFH, they are not given WFH, very poor hikes and no recognition or appreciation of hard work. No other benefits like canteen, transport facilities, etc are provided.

Need quick action on all items which will put you in a aggressive posture for all work related topics.

Dislikes

No Job security, no benefits, no enthusiasm to work, no motivation from manager, imperialism by top management, favourism of top management is ruining the business.
