Little flexible related to work completion if not urgent.

Dislikes

Company's policies are not followed by each and every employee which makes the other employee feel to be injustice on their part. People who are eligible to take WFH, they are not given WFH, very poor hikes and no recognition or appreciation of hard work. No other benefits like canteen, transport facilities, etc are provided.

Work Details

Quality checks, Quality control, SOP edits, Stability tests, Documentation work, Receiving inspection, Non-conformance reporting procedure, Trend analysis, Production budget, Training personnels and demonstration of product.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
