Job Security is there unless you are a bad resource. They dont remove from project easily to anyone from PM, BA , Developer and QA areas Salary good compared to competitors. Too much onsite opportunity.

1. Hike is very poor . 2.They will not give you variable pay and if they give they will give it after 6 months . 3. No job security. 4. They don't use any technology which are in use in market . They have made their custom echo system where you will have to work.

1. No scope of learning. 2 . Appraisal for name sake. 3. They give variable pay after atleast 9 moths of delay. 4.Poor work culture and management is biased. 5. Managers are hear only to approve timesheet and leave.

Culture, Salary negotiations.. they never stick to their commitments.. one must take their joining commitments like bonus, shift allowances, relocation exp etc on bond paper before joining.. after joining no one cares about them

- No team building activities especially for Gurugram location. - Accept salary, everything will be according to the client you are working for.
