I didn't seem to find anything positive about the company

Dislikes

Very bad Management. They don't credit salary on time. Some months they deposited after after 15 days of actual date. No proper communication from any of the support function on baisc needs

I worked there 6+ Year for client side support. I get only fer rupees salary nothing else. Even when i joined the company way back on 2015 i get 11000 in hand and when i left the company on 2022 my slary was 12500. So what should I like about these company. 🙂

Job security - Excellent

Like everything. At first they didn't even mention about lead generation and later I got to know that they deduct your salary if you cannot fetch any lead and by salary I mean they are deducting from the fixed salary. I have not even taken any leave.

Nothing they are fooling freshers by asking them security and ask them to work without pay

The HR and managers is full of fraud people. They expliot fresher and fire them end of probation and dont pay their salary

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
