Dislikes

Salary is very low as compared to industry standards. Very pooy infrastructure. 6 day working with 9 hrs daily Canteen facility very poor It's not even a MNC still after 80 years of establishment. Holidays are very less. Work life balance is like a hell.

High Work Pressure || Corrupt SCM team || Top management think of engineers like expendable items || 60 Days delays in salary(Third-party) || No PPE kit / Safety against COVID || Now I have heard even cab facility also removed from some location of ISGEC as a part of cost-cutting, these employees are forced to use govt. bus facility in times of COVID Outbreak. I also got disappointed when I heard from some good & sincere engineers I am working with got no salary increment for the past 3 years. These engineers are under the influence that someday they will be offered a permanent position, since I know management very well I don't think that's going to happen.
