a)No leave ( if asking to boss it's crime in isgec). b) No time limit peoples are working here more than 12 hrs. c) Sunday's 1/2 day working. d) for promotion has to be wait 09 years. Totally working at isgec is very worst and horrible.

Work life balance is not so good. Often people stay late and even on holidays, but that's depends upon the bosses and department. There almost nil hikes and increments. Absolutely no scope for development of career, apart from Engineering/Design, etc.

1.Work culture. 2.ISO certified, but no Processes defined for most of the works. 3.Terrible employee Benefits, actually nothing that benefits employees, 4.Zero Employee Training and Development 5.You get Zero help from HR in case of PF related issues 6.Cumbersome process to get even a stapler issued. 7. Almost null in case of Work Life Balance. You are considered an asset, in case you are sit in office till late,

1. Work life balance. There is specific time one needs to work. 2. Work load is such that one can complete job and leave office on time. 3. People here are mixing easily. One can feel that good environment here.

1. Salary is average on delhi NCR. Salary could have been better. 2. There shall be training on technical as well as HR related topic. 3. One good canteen facility is not there.
