Compensation is deceny but growth os steady and slow, work pressure is always depend on the work. But i dislike about the company is that if another company took x time to complete the project but this company push their employees to complete the job in x/2 time.

Emerson is good for old people like 45 and above or females or for senior positions where you have to get settled and no requirement for upgrading your self. ...ths without any holidays and benefits/allowance if it is not mentioned in offer. Very careful in accepting/fixing allowance, salary and benefits HR always shows urgency and trap us by fixing ur allowance and benefits in few days after joining It may not be enough or manageable in future.

I have joined as a trainee , so I didnt get that much benefits as staffs of emerson . Work culture is good as all my colleagues are good and helpful in many ways in clarifying doubts .

... over time charges even for company staffs as there is no HR policies it seems . Company provides holiday for weekend , but if some Saturday may work but there would be no salary for working on saturday .

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
