No transparency in job role profile. Initially they mentioned 5 days working for these position but once you joined manager started to gave a several reasons like dispatch load, plan urgency and convert your working days as a 6 days. No OT benefits or C-offs against extra working. Average extra working hours for month is 40. Even after your these hardwork no one appreciate you. Aslo there is corrupted management for packaging material they took some amount from suppliers and accept defective packaging material. If you're tried to highlight these points you will be irritated from all corrupted body.
