Overall support from company in COVID-19 situation is great. Healthy workplace environment, social distancing, Sanitization all good. Extra working hours also reduced that I like most. All are trying to keep everyone safe.

Dislikes

Extra working hours was great issue before lockdown situation. Now everything sorted due to COVID-19 situation. They are telling to complete only regular working hours and no extra working is allowed. I hope it will continue further.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. For customer handling company expects long hours Work , travel and stay at sites for months without any holidays and benefits/allowance if it is not mentioned in offer.
