...o fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline.
No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon
If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Atleast not the gurgaon office. The treatment of juniors is appaling and it is just not worth it.
It is a great learning environment - with a lot of collaboration across teams. Salary is less but I have had immense work satisfaction. Appropriate growth opportunities as well! Flexible working hours
...ness targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.
You will get to learn many skills. Especially from junior management level, Ipsos provides opportunity to manage cleint directly. Everyone is co-operative and help you in projects.
