No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Atleast not the gurgaon office. The treatment of juniors is appaling and it is just not worth it.

On time salary. Work from home. Only weekdays working.

No work life balance. If the market is going to pick up then too much projects gets assigned to single individual. Low hikes or no hikes. No salary discussion during appraisal.

It is a great learning environment - with a lot of collaboration across teams. Salary is less but I have had immense work satisfaction. Appropriate growth opportunities as well! Flexible working hours

...ness targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.
