Friendly junior colleagues and supportive

Dislikes

...o fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline. No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Atleast not the gurgaon office. The treatment of juniors is appaling and it is just not worth it.

...ness targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.
