New TLs are not that good.. they pressure so much... constantly pushing so much.. although it's real estate does take time.. but they thing it's only one day job... not giving proper advise... only telling you can't do.. are you really want real estate as a job... so much question.. makes it's really tough to do work on time... always some one to pinch..

...most and main disadvantage is company is job security , this company only focus on closure and cut the salary of employee if closure is not done

The best thing in company is a training part only.

...hey didn't gave me on spot incentive and even they didn't release my FNF amount. If anyone join this company then expect only salary from them which is also variable and not even fix for starting 3 months. They only motivate their employees with rs 1000-2000 per visit incentive on some project in a particular time period which they give on time.

They provide good quality leads.

Whatever they commit all are false things, company doesn’t provide Travelling allowance, their incentive scheme is terrible they take 8-9 months to clear your 1 months incentive. So every time they will hold your 2 quarter incentive. If you failed to sale in any month then next month you are out from the system. Company doesn’t even provide Laptop/PC. There is no leave benefits available. Even in your week offs and & LOP days you will receive leads and you have to call the leads the TAT is 10 minutes. In short the company is totally unstructured.
