I given interview here last week... completed all rounds asked my salary expectations.. I said 25k in hand salary. My previous experience was in sales and I will get 30k over there. But here no targets and sales so I asked 25 but they denied to give and said we can provide only 19k change in hand ... according to the salary it is very less . If your previous salary was between 15to20k ....then go ahead. If not better to take it as lite

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

HRs of this company are 100% incapable of their duties! One person from the Peets coffee process named Rifat was offered a lesser salary. 15 days after joining the company, his salary was reviewed and he was offered a package as per his expectations. How was the above possible??? Join 247 Intouch and everything is possible. The process TL Santosh and Manager Sandesh, seem like they have only handled Domestic processes. The above people give you targets that you will never achieve. NEVER EVER JOIN THIS ORGINATION!

🩸 The most worst company in my 5 yrs of professional career. Even they won't be able to afford you if you're salary is more than 6 😆 Extremely sorry but No value for your work because of some MANAGER TO FLOOR MANAGER TO TLs[some special people etc] are flatter uneducated and playing dirty politics only. if you can offer something other than work go for it. Hello everyone go for this job if you are left with this job only and if they're offering you more than 9 lpa fixed and ask them joining and relocation bonous of 70 thousand as well, then you'll be happy atleast with your salary otherwise you will be seeing the Slave and savage Dynasty.
