The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The work environment is quite good at knoah solutions. The seems like a family here. We learn new things everyday and get updated to the new products released. It helps for the career growth and we are subjected to IJPs frequently when there are openings. Totally I had a good experience with knoah solutions.

Dislikes

It's the basic salary that disappoints the employees. The pay here is low but the working environment iis good to adopt new things.

The only good cab happen in this company is that there provide food nothing else.

They ask us to do OT payment less more over there are unnecessary salary deduction stating cab missed where in, there is no such miss of a cab not one is notified regarding miss of cab suddenly you get to see the cab deduction.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values

No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

Dislikes

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.
