There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.

Salary will be credited on time

Dislikes

Everytime every week they ask for OT as a business requirement and they will tell you it's a paid OT but they don't even credit it. Without informing changing the week offs every 2 week they chnge shift timings. If we had any issues and drop an email to higher authority they don't even care and If they need anything from us we need to respond to email immediately. Complete politics they hire for interims and If you get selected they make us to work as slave and don't even give a promotion or recognisable for the work we did.. overall I suggest please don't choose this company. Team leaders don't deserve to be inthe respectable position because they don't even support us and they don't share or explain any process updates.

As I want to say that the dislikes are firstly salary when i joined in the company i have a role for the esupport role and my roles and responsibilities are helping with the technical support. but when coming to the company people are forcing to do sales. Why we have to do sales we are from the technical support we have to help with technical questions to the people. And i want to say that the salaries are different for sales department as well as technical support we all know that. But as we are doing both technical and sales why can't we expect more salary on the role.

Nothing is good!!! The whole lot of people in the Management and HR SUCK!!!

HRs of this company are 100% incapable of their duties! One person from the Peets coffee process named Rifat was offered a lesser salary. 15 days after joining the company, his salary was reviewed and he was offered a package as per his expectations. How was the above possible??? Join 247 Intouch and everything is possible. The process TL Santosh and Manager Sandesh, seem like they have only handled Domestic processes. The above people give you targets that you will never achieve. NEVER EVER JOIN THIS ORGINATION!
