The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. I believe the organization needs to be more flexible and polite, especially with freshers, to create a more supportive and nurturing environment.

The company faces discontent due to inadequate salary hikes, leading to a significant departure of senior employee, particularly senior software engineers in my project over past 10 months. Additionally, management occasionally issues discouraging remark to fresher employees, suggesting they may not be suitable for the company.
