Good place as work culture, extra soft skill training, and leave policy are good

Dislikes

Bond system, Variable salary 10% which will be received after 1.5 years, on the cycle of release variable if you are not working you will lose it as not paid on Full & final payment, Low job security, No opportunity to prove your self.

Very bad management, Manager has a project management certification, but still he is not able to manage the projects, all projects going into loss and because of this they started to filter the employees, hold increment, change policies and all other things which can benefit to company but they are not thinking about employees. HR team is not trustable, they not follow the commitment or anything which they decide with employees, they can change their rule according to their need. 1: HR Team - Very bad , not able to trust even if they write on email 2: Managers - No knowledge as compare to experience, partially, politics. No professionalism

Work pressure is at one side almost most people love this pressure but when management is corrupt you land no where "no career progress no hikes" you try hard and harder but at the end you'll be at the same place and one fine day when your role rolls to someone you'll be kicked out even before you know that you're already under pip or under observations. In my Honest opinion people from other states other than gujrat/Ahmedabad should never join this organisation.

Dislikes

No cafeteria or eating arrangements, pathetic, inexperienced and uneducated management. Gujjus are the first preference, new comers will always take ages to jeal up this community, partiality, miscommunication. It is sad to know this company reaches to other states, city & international for their businesses, clients but preferences are given to only gujjus even in today's date. No travel arrangements, even local government transport is not available only stupid auto walas are available with high cost.

Disappointing Experience. Favouritism and communication Issues. Lack of inclusivity and poor management.

Dislikes

For non gujaratis stay away, as gujarati is predominantly spoken creating an exclusive environment for employees from other region. Lack of communication and inconsistency in policies and overall a toxic environment to work in.
