It’s just an another ed tech company with hire and fire. They will hire you just to do cold calling with extreme dead leads which was generated some 6 yrs back. All the fresh leads only the leader gets it, they will call keep the best lead with them and the low quality lead they transfer to the sales people. Very unfair culture, appreciation gets only through word of mouth. Small company with end to end politics. Its a clear waste of time. Both Saturday Sunday working, you have to travel all way to whitefield sit in one of the classroom and start dialing old leads. No wonder they have only 5-8 sales people.

It was great but horrible timings and no wfh, or part time options. 6 days a week work that too 9 hours a day. It's like I sleep and wake to go to work and come back to sleep again for work. No life. And the job is hectic of course as it is sales. But still job is easy and nice. Lots.of learning and culture in the small office. Great leaders working with us, helping us. Constant opportunities to grow in the organisation, can talk to your superior about any issues u may have and get advice for it even if you want to switch departments. They're very complacent that way. But this hectic work schedule is bad.

Work life balance is difficult, as its 6 days working, 9 hrs in a day. work from home is considered as half day, punch in punch out system make life worst, as if we forgot some day its LOP. Work environment, as people use to shout at their team mates in front of others. training (actually no training is given) to the new joinees. Saturday should given off as its just waste of resources of the office as many of them are playing and chilling around. Those who need to work loss motivation in such environment, so better to give work from home for every Saturday to safe electricity and water just like that.
