Poor management, senseless work for weekends just to keep you busy, from manager to director level frustration keeps on passing, no late night meetings but managers make sure to pile up you with the work so that you don't sleep before 1-2. Extreme level blame work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
