Job security is close to government jobs, no late night meetings, handsome salary, You will feel relaxed in 90% of the other companies after leaving

Dislikes

Poor management, senseless work for weekends just to keep you busy, from manager to director level frustration keeps on passing, no late night meetings but managers make sure to pile up you with the work so that you don't sleep before 1-2. Extreme level blame work.
