The company laid -off number of employees . I also got Termination letter in the month of May20. Immediately after the Govt imposed lock-down on 21st Mar 20 , they started cutting huge pay in the name of cash reserve. I know a person whom they terminated as they were not able to support his expense. However before COVID they paid a huge amount >12 lakhs to hire him in name of UI Practice growth and during corona they started firing costly employees.People from company reported that their CEO is complete fraud and his entire work "Doing things Innominds Way" is a copied material. Also all engineering blogs of company are just SO LAME AND COPIED. They generally tell employees that your previous company culture is not good as Innominds and you dare not practice your previous experience learning here. They often ask employees to unlearn what they learnt and when it comes to learning they follow hipocrisy as their way to win clients. I heard so many onsite clients saying that IM senior members are like their junior staff. Please don't spoil your career here. Company is not run by good people. They run their monopoly and if any disagreements happen on Appraisal , they will not correct it but will fire you.

CTO, is not a good professional and dislikes young leaders and wants to get things done in his own way. He is not an asset to any organisation. He always discourages people to come forward.He treats young people with 12 yrs experience like subordinates.

Dislikes

While working at Innominds Software has been a largely positive, one area for improvement could be the peace of decision-making. Sometimes, the collaborative nature of the company means that decision take longer to finalize. Feedback process is continuous and constructive, featuring regular performance reviews and 360-degree feedback from peers, subordinates, and RM. Open communication channels ensure that employees can discuss concerns and receive immediate input. This approach supports continuous learning and development, with taring programs tailored to feedback. and recognizes high performance with reward and records.

Likes

Remuneration is good and the wfh policy is flexible and favours the employees. Work like balance will depend entirely on your client, since this is a service based company.

Dislikes

Projects are limited, bench strength is higher than ideal. This makes the company use all means necessary to reduce salary by withholding certain components. Since projects are already less, the managers will say yes to anything and everything that the client says.

There is no job security and bench policy is too bad..only 1st month they give full salary..after they cut the salary.. mostly they maintain payroll /staffing company . Currently management also not good . And bench we need to come daily office ...and they cut salary every month some amount if we have a project also ....if we ask they r tell more stories...
