... when it come to compensate that incentive they will say we didn't say anything. Treat their employees as slave, no work life balance, they even didn't pay my incentive for 6 months and ultimately I have to switch. No appraisal were given for 2 years and when it happened it was a disaster. AVP is abusive on floor, he treats us like slave. Worst company ever to work for.

Job security :- 100% untill you do major mistakes. Company is allowing some employees to stay without any work because their client is unfortunately gone but not terminating any one for this reason. Work culture :- Work culture was good when it was work from home but now as it is switched so we have to make a lot of adjustment according to company's demand. Management :- It's good they have around thousand of employees & managing everyone. But attitude of few managers towards employees are not good they are arrogant. Company policies :- Its having good policies but not much growth will be provided even after serving for years. HRs here act like as if they own this company.

... much growth how ever other companies are offering good pay for the same work. Salary :- Not satisfactory. They judge people literally by degree not knowledge. You don't need to know about medical terminologies, medicines etc but you should have done BAMS, BHMS, BPT ,BDS Etc. They actually pay Pharma graduates and even post graduates very less despite the fact they have more knowledge of medicines than any other graduate except for MBBS. And everyone will do the same work. Pathetic hypocrite mentality. Politics :- HR plays political roles here. They act like as if they are not employee here but the owner. Learning:- You will learn absolutely nothing. Work environment:- Work from office is a jail.

Nothing. If you don't believe me, go work there and you'll yourself leave the job if you respect work-life balance.

...ed firing Pharma people. Desperate to include BPT and BDS. Job security is zero. Pay is extremely low. They will never allow you to take leave, they will always cry to compensate in ahead weekends. Their data entry work has no professional growth ahead. Think thousand times before joining such worst organization. I've been through here and i must tell you this place is a hell for freshers. They will stop your growing years and will eat your future opportunities. Don't waste time here.

... insurance of only 2-3 lakh depending on level. No term insurance for employees. No parents medical insurance (Available for purchase where you have to shell out more than your monthly salary). Hr and admin people have developed themselves to work like government employees (No one work ethics... No professionalism at all). Everyone here feels like they can work without any sense of responsibility and there job will be safe. This case only applies till project survives. No international exposure at all , no matter how hard you work. Only international exposure is given to VP and AVPs levels. That also for max 1-2 months

Dislikes

Company do not give any monetary benefits nor in the form of salary or incentives. Appraisal takes year. And they even deny you your own money when you leave the organisation.
