Management is worst, they will not roll out your increment letter and performance based variable pay letter till August 3. Product manager don't have clarity on scoping and prioritizing products. 4. No outings, no dinner, no party, no celebration 5. It more like a school not like a office 6. If you are favourite of your manager you can expect a promotion every year, irrespective of your YOE. 7.

One of the most challenging aspects is the management, particularly the Chief Human Resources Officer, who can be quite rude. There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers. I would advise against applying to this company, as they can terminate your employment at any time if you don't meet their unreasonable demands, and they can also relocate you up to 1500 km away for business reasons.
