Hi All I have 2 offers in my hand with 12.15 fixed 86000 k as variable pay in hca And another offer with 12.54 fixed and 1 lakh 40 thousand as variable pay at Infosys What will be my in hand salary which company do need to choose please suggest as soon as possible

...ckage while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.

... for promotion. Very worst HR’s and managers which is very common in all MNC’s. Not understanding why do they keep HR post in all companies this position should be vanished as they are getting salary for simply supporting things to managers.
