Inequality in salary for same designation. Those who stick with company can expect an average salary hike of 3 to 4% only. Very low onsite salary. Your growth depends on the unit you belongs.

Infosys campus is really good you feel like you are in other country until you are in office.

Dislikes

Infosys always find ways to steal the Employee salary , It will deduct the hard earned employee salary irrespective of the reasons. Even you get the Outstanding rating for the hardwork you done there is no guarantee that you will get the Hike.

Work life balance is the best here. Also if you want to learn new technologies, this is one of the best places to do that.

Dislikes

Salary. There is a negligible increment every year. And the worst thing is that Infosys will hire a person for doing the same work as you and at the same position but they will offer them a lot more package that their loyal employees, which just irritates you.

Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.
