It is always open for innovative and creative ideas and also very time punctual in deliverables and giving high quality products for clients. I am feel proud working in Infosys as all my team members are very supportive. It has unique culture of treating there employees as a family.

.... Nobody cares how much hard you do how much hour to complete the work in a day. Worst thing is salary, infosys expects employees to work with very low salary...there are lot of employees I know who started their life in infosys with salary 15k and after 4years they are still getting around 25k who are actually hard workers and give 9-11hours per day!!!

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.
