...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

1. Work-Life balance is good. It depends on projects & clients. My project was flexible in this term. 2. Supportive supervisor. 3. Superb campus with various kinds of amenities. 4. External Certification program and upskilling opportunities in different kinds of modern technologies.

...s. Only 20 paid leaves every year and 10 National Holidays per govt. mandate. 2. Salary is very low compared to peers. 3. No apprisal for current fiscal year.

Nothing is good here, but ofcourse it's a good company, maybe my bad luck to get all shit people and horrible project and worse management though recommend not to join

...ke us work for 1 month without any leaves even on Sat Sun for 12 or more hours. They Hire new guys with 3 years experience who dont even know basic computer stuff and provide 2x salary while we have to teach them everything. No appraisal. Dont ever work for this greedy company.
